Your daily duties:
- Setting the technical direction for front-end projects for clients across various industries, with a focus on scalability and high-quality solutions.
- Designing and developing front-end applications in React, creating intuitive, responsive interfaces that simplify complex business processes.
- Serving as a technical leader: conducting code reviews, supporting architectural decisions, and mentoring Front-End Engineers on project teams.
- Working closely with the back-end, product, and design teams, adapting solutions to evolving client requirements.
- Designing and implementing interfaces using AI features in client products.
- Ensuring code quality, performance, security, and maintainability in a multi-project environment.
- Participating in estimations, technical planning, and project architecture reviews.
- Testing new front-end technologies and recommending their use in current and future projects.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Polish and English at C1 level.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days a week of stationary work in the office in Wrocław)
Technical competencies required for this position:
- Excellent, practical experience with React and modern frontend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript in production projects.
- Experience designing and maintaining frontend architectures in a commercial environment.
- Good practices in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with application state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
- Knowledge of frontend application performance optimization.
- Basic knowledge of backend development and full-stack API integration.
- Experience working with Git and team workflows in a software house.
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks, or a desire to develop in this area.
- Experience in AI-assisted programming is a plus.
- Knowledge of React Native is a plus.
