We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for meticulous analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for IT projects. The person in this position will play a key role in gathering and defining customer needs, as well as supporting pre-sales processes.

Your daily duties:
- Acquiring, validating, and thoroughly identifying clients’ business needs
- Conducting all stages of business analysis, including proposing functional and non-functional solutions
- Improving and applying efficient data collection techniques
- Participating in defining the project scope
- Identifying and escalating critical areas and recommending appropriate corrective actions
- Collaborating with the PM, QA, and development teams to ensure the highest quality of delivered solutions
- Assessing existing client business processes and identifying areas for optimization
- Supporting the Sales department in customizing sales proposals and estimating costs of proposed solutions
- Organizing product workshops and ensuring clear documentation of outcomes
- Maintaining project documentation
- Assisting Project Managers in reporting project progress to clients
- Monitoring market trends
Our expectations:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in a software house or a similar business environment
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office in Wrocław)
- Knowledge of techniques for gathering and refining business requirements
- Ability to precisely identify and document requirements
- Proficiency and experience in working with JIRA, Office suite, and Google Workspace
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Skill in planning activities related to analysis stages such as identification, analysis, and requirement development
- Familiarity with technical terms, enabling efficient communication with the team and clients
- Knowledge of IT tools and technologies, as well as current industry trends
- Experience in business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or other notations
- Understanding of business process optimization issues
- Experience in conducting project workshops
- Proactiveness and a growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Excellent self-organization and task prioritization skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written, in Polish and English (minimum C1 level)
Nice-to-haves:
- We support clients from all over the world, so experience in cooperation in an international and multicultural environment and knowledge of another foreign language (e.g. German) will be an additional advantage.
