We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who will be responsible for meticulous analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional project requirements. The person in this position will play a key role in gathering and defining customer needs, as well as supporting pre-sales processes.

Your daily duties:
- Acquiring, validating, and comprehensively identifying the client's business needs
- Conducting all stages of business analysis, including proposing functional and non-functional solutions
- Improving and applying effective data collection techniques
- Involvement in defining the scope of the project
- Identification and escalation of alarm areas and presenting recommendations for appropriate remedial measures
- Collaborating with the PM, QA, and development teams to ensure the highest quality of delivered solutions
- Evaluation of the client's existing business processes and identification of areas for optimization
- Supporting the Sales department in customizing sales offers and estimating the costs of proposed solutions
- Product workshop organization and responsibility for clear results development
- Maintaining project documentation
- Supporting Project Managers in reporting project progress to clients
- Monitoring market trends
Our expectations:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in a Business Analyst role in a software house or similar business environment
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days a week of stationary work in the office in Wrocław)
- Familiarity with techniques for collecting and refining business requirements
- The ability to precisely identify and document requirements
- Very good knowledge and experience in working with JIRA, Office suite, and Google Workspace
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
- The ability to plan activities related to the analysis stages, such as identification, analysis, and requirements development
- Operating technical terms, allowing for efficient communication with the team and the client
- Familiarity with IT tools and technologies, as well as current industry trends
- Experience in business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or other notation systems
- Knowledge of business process optimization issues
- Experience in conducting design workshops
- Proactivity and a focus on development
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- Very good self-organization of work and prioritization of tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Polish and English at C1 level
Nice-to-haves:
- We support clients from various parts of the world, so experience in working in an international and multicultural environment and knowledge of another foreign language (e.g., German) would be an additional advantage.
