As a Delivery Manager, you will take responsibility for the quality and predictability of project delivery, the development of the Project Managers team, and building partnership relationships with key clients. This role combines leadership, delivery excellence, and a real impact on the direction of the organization's development.

Your daily duties:
- Managing a project portfolio in terms of planning, implementation, and reporting.
- Managing a team of Project Managers and supporting them in their daily work.
- Conducting regular feedback and mentoring for Project Managers.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
- Representing the delivery area in meetings with the management.
- Serving as the first line of escalation in customer relations.
- Early identification and management of risks in project delivery.
- Negotiating contract terms that go beyond the PM's responsibilities.
- Implementation and standardization of best project management practices across the department.
- Providing regular reports and recommendations on the status of the project portfolio.
- Building mentoring programs and sharing knowledge within the PM team.
- Initiating changes and improvements in the delivery area.
Our expectations:
- Experienced in a management role with end-to-end project responsibility.
- At least 6 years of experience leading IT projects as a Project Manager in software development.
- Familiar with and practically applies agile and traditional methodologies.
- Understands the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Has hands-on experience working in delivery teams (dev, QA, BA, or similar).
- Able to plan the work of distributed teams.
- Easily builds business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, even in difficult situations.
- Able to negotiate and make decisions under pressure.
- Inspires people and understands team needs.
- Is proactive and focused on continuous development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Polish and English at C1 level
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days a week of stationary work in the office in Wrocław)
