We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will help us develop and maintain modern cloud environments and improve CI/CD processes in projects implemented for international clients.

Your daily duties:
- Configuring and maintaining development, test, and production environments
- Automating CI/CD processes and creating and maintaining build and deploy pipelines
- Managing infrastructure in cloud or on-premise environments
- Installing, configuring, and updating server software
- Monitoring system availability and performance, and responding to incidents
- Configuring and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Automating infrastructure processes (Infrastructure as Code)
- Collaborating with the development team on application deployment and optimization
- Managing containers and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery mechanisms
- Ensuring infrastructure security and access management
- Optimizing system performance and infrastructure costs
- Documenting configuration, procedures, and operational processes
Our expectations:
- Commercial experience min. 3 years in a DevOps / Cloud / SRE role
- Practical knowledge of working with the cloud (AWS / GCP – at least one in production)
- Experience working with Docker Swarm (deployments, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Cloudformation, Terraform)
- Knowledge of Docker and application containerization
- Ability to work with Linux systems (administration, debugging, networking basics)
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), queueing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka), memory stores (Redis, Memcached)
- Experience with monitoring and logging (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
- Knowledge of Git and best practices for working with repositories
- Basic knowledge of security (secret management, IAM, best practices)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
Proactivity, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset - English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (at least 2 days per week on-site at the office in Wrocław).
Nice to have:
- Experience working with microservice architecture
- Experience in infrastructure test automation
