Your daily duties:
- Close collaboration with department managers to jointly plan team development and respond accurately to business needs.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and supporting candidates at every stage of the process, with a strong focus on a positive candidate experience.
- Co-creating and executing recruitment strategies together with the team.
- Planning and coordinating onboarding to ensure new employees feel welcome from day one.
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and employees based on trust and open communication.
- Collaborating with Marketing on employer branding initiatives and external communication.
- Managing offboarding processes and drawing insights that support continuous improvement.
- Monitoring HR and recruitment trends and proposing process improvements.
- Supporting managers and teams in difficult, conflict, or crisis situations.
- Coordinating the appraisal process and ensuring high-quality feedback.
- Identifying training needs and co-creating development plans.
- Managing internal communication related to organizational changes within HR.
- Cooperating with the Finance department on compensation and benefits topics.
- Preparing analyses related to employee turnover, absenteeism, and satisfaction.
- Reporting key HR metrics to the management board.
Our expectations:
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Specialist / Recruitment Specialist role.
- Experience in running recruitment processes within the IT industry.
- Practical knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Confidence in conducting job interviews and feedback meetings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze HR data and prepare clear, well-structured reports.
- Openness, strong communication skills, and ease in building relationships.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (at least 3 days per week on-site at the office in Wrocław).
