Your daily duties:
- Setting the technical direction for backend projects for clients across various industries, ensuring scalability, performance, and quality of solutions.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications in Node.js within a software house development environment.
- Serving as a technical lead: conducting code reviews, supporting architectural decisions, and mentoring Backend Engineers.
- Collaborating with frontend, product, and design teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Designing and implementing backend components supporting AI features in client products.
- Ensuring code quality, security, performance, and maintainability in a multi-project environment.
- Participating in estimations, technical planning, and architecture reviews.
- Evaluating new backend technologies and recommending their implementation in client projects.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Polish and English at C1 level.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days a week of stationary work in the office in Wrocław)
Our expectations:
- Excellent, practical experience with Node.js and modern backend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript in production projects.
- Experience designing and maintaining backend architectures in a commercial environment.
- Familiarity with designing REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and scalable systems.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with performance optimization and monitoring techniques for backend systems.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD integration.
- Experience working with Git and team workflows in a software house.
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks or a willingness to rapidly develop in this area.
- Experience in AI-assisted programming is a plus.
