    Your daily duties:

    • Plan, execute, and oversee projects in Time & Material and Fixed Price models in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and client requirements.

    • Manage project scope, backlog, budget, risks, communication, and change processes.

    • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering an environment that supports effective collaboration.

    • Organize and conduct 1:1 meetings and provide regular feedback to team members.

    • Select appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) based on project specifics.

    • Ensure a high level of client collaboration through transparent communication, expectation management, and proactive problem-solving.

    • Identify new client requirements and assess their impact on project scope, time, and budget.

    • Prepare estimations in collaboration with the development team.

    • Deliver regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Manage project knowledge by documenting lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations.

    • Continuously improve project management processes based on feedback from the team and clients.

    Our expectations:

    • At least 2 years of experience in managing IT projects.

    • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days per week on-site in Wrocław).

    • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.

    • Good understanding of the software development process and technical terminology.

    • Experience working with Time & Material and Fixed Price project models.

    • Practical knowledge of JIRA.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage project risks.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to delegate and ensure delivery.

    • Assertiveness, independence, and a proactive approach.

    • Ability to make sound decisions, even in crisis situations.

    • Proficiency in English and Polish (minimum C1 level).

    • Experience managing multiple, including international, projects.

    • Strong skills in leading and facilitating meetings at a senior level.
