We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with experience in managing projects and working closely with clients. The ideal candidate is independent, skilled in leading project teams, and has excellent decision-making abilities and foresight in anticipating challenges. We are seeking a proactive leader who is engaged at every stage of a project and can collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.

Your daily duties:
Independently manage IT projects from initiation to implementation, focusing on achieving business objectives (Time & Material and Fixed Price).
Plan and oversee project activities, backlog, budget, risks, communication, and changes.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Organize and conduct 1:1 meetings and provide regular feedback to team members.
Select and adapt project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) according to project specifics.
Build strategic client relationships and provide advisory support on product and service development.
Conduct product workshops with clients and the team to support discovery processes, define MVP, and clarify project business goals.
Prepare estimations in collaboration with the development team.
Report project status to internal (executive) and external stakeholders, covering both business and technical aspects.
Develop and implement project management standards and best practices, optimizing PM processes.
Mentor and support junior PMs – conduct workshops, share knowledge, and help develop project management competencies.
Promote knowledge, trends, and innovation in the IT industry.
Our expectations:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 2 years as a Senior Project Manager.
Experience in a software house or consulting environment, with strong focus on international client collaboration.
Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to adapt them to project needs and client expectations.
Advanced analytical and strategic skills, with strong business acumen.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and other project management tools.
High business etiquette and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams, including international environments.
Ability to delegate tasks, ensure results, and support team development.
Independence, proactivity, and strong problem-solving orientation.
Resilience to change, flexibility, and attention to detail in a dynamic project environment.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days per week on-site in Wrocław).
Advanced English and Polish language skills (C1), enabling effective meetings, presentations, and negotiations with international clients.
