We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to take on a key role in our projects - helping to develop frontend architecture, supporting junior developers, and having a real impact on the technological direction of our projects.

Your daily duties:
Designing and developing frontend architecture for web applications
Implementing new functionalities and enhancing existing modules
Collaborating with developers, designers, QA engineers, and the Project Manager on project delivery
Defining coding standards, participating in code reviews, and implementing best practices
Supporting sprint planning and project task estimation processes
Ensuring application performance, availability, and quality (Web Vitals, accessibility)
Contributing to technical documentation and CI/CD processes
Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
Actively participating in team meetings and communicating with clients from Poland and abroad
Contributing to team development initiatives and product workshops
Our expectations:
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in frontend web application development
Strong knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Experience with:
React Query (or another data caching mechanism)
CSS-in-JS tools
Component libraries (preferably Radix)
React Hook Form (or another form-handling library)
Deep understanding of SSR / SSG, Web Vitals, CI/CD, and design patterns
Ability to write unit and integration tests (Jest or similar)
Experience in designing scalable frontend solutions
Practical experience working in Agile / Scrum methodologies
Proactive attitude, independence, and readiness to make technical decisions
Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level)
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (at least 2 days per week in our Wrocław office)
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with Docker or other containerization tools
Knowledge of Node.js (e.g., in the context of SSR or API Routes)
Experience with React Native / Expo
Understanding of React Server Components concepts
Experience in a tech lead role
Familiarity with Three.js and 3D graphics rendering
