We (Blurify powered by “Studio Software”, "Blurify", “Studio Software Sp. z o.o.”, “we”, “us”, “our”) know how important privacy is to our clients and collaborators, therefore we strive to be clear about how we collect, use, store, disclose and transfer your personal data and other information you provide us. This Privacy Policy also explains how our website uses cookies and provides an overview of our information practices and applies to websites or online applications that refer to or link to the Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Services”).
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
The administrator and controller of your personal data is Studio Software Sp. z o.o. – a limited liability company, with its registered office in Wrocław (53-659), ul. gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 26, incorporated in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna,the 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000680423, VAT ID: PL8971840468, share capital 262.000,00 PLN.
Why do we collect your personal data?
We will use the personal information you provide through our website to respond to your questions, communicate efficiently, and provide you with efficient customer service. We need to collect your data also to reply to job applications and the recruitment process.
When, how and for how long do we collect your personal data?
Your data is administered and processed in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council nr 2016/679 (of 27 April 2016) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” / “RODO”). We store your data on request when you give us legal consent. It happens in the following situations:
Contact form or e-mail message
If you use our contact form or contact us via e-mail, we collect your name and e-mail address and any additional, optional information you provide us with. We store your data with all additional documents or messages sent to us. This data is used to contact you regarding your initial request. If this results in successful cooperation, we will continue processing your data (as we provide you with our services). If not, your data will be removed after 18 months.
Sometimes, we may also use your information for other purposes where permitted by law. We also store your data on Pipedrive’s servers. You can review the privacy policy for Pipedrive on the company’s website. If we result in successful cooperation, your data may also be stored on Fakturownia’s servers for the purposes of invoicing.
You can request the removal of your data from any of above places by contacting us at support@blurify.com.
Job application
For job applications with Blurify, our form requires your full name and e-mail address, as well as the option to include your phone number. We also require a copy of your CV. You can also send us e-mail message with all above data.
Any data given is used solely for the job application and recruitment process. If consent is given, we will store your data for 18 months, specifically for the purposes of future recruitment.
Additionally, we store your personal data on eRecruiter’s servers. You can review the eRecruiter’s privacy policy on the company’s website.
You can always request to review your personal data, or request its removal, by contacting us at: support@blurify.com.
3rd party applications
Our website also uses 3rd party applications that request and use personal data.
We use Pipedrive to work with customers. Personal data is stored on Pipedrive’s servers. The company’s website has the privacy policy for Pipedrive.
We also use Happier Leads for the purposes of analysing companies that visit our website and to be able to adjust the offer in a better way. You can review the privacy policy for Happier Leads on the company’s website.
Protecting Your Personal Data
We implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure our website and other systems against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, modification, or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.
