How does the recruitment process look like?
Short phone call
The conversation lasts about 20 minutes. We check your expectations and level of English, and we talk about your technology experience.
Technical interview
It’s important for us to learn about your way of thinking and problem-solving skills. For this reason, we organize a technical meeting with our developers, who verify your knowledge during an hour-long conversation.
Final meeting
We invite you to meet our CEOs, who want to get to know you better and talk about your experience, vision for your development path, and possibilities for cooperation. The meeting usually lasts about 30 minutes.
Final decision
