EDURANGA – Poland’s Nr 1 Platform for Teachers Commissioned by WSiP
EDURANGA is a project developed by WSiP, a leading educational publisher in Poland, that offers various online services for teachers and students. The project aimed to integrate these services into a single platform with a consistent design and user experience. We helped WSiP achieve this goal by delivering a robust and scalable solution in just four months.
Overcoming the challenges of a tight deadline and an incomplete project
The primary challenge stemmed from the urgent client request for a rapid deployment of the EDURANGA platform. With a tight deadline we faced the complex task of assimilating various existing services under a unified dashboard and domain. The absence of a project specification and the necessity to work with the client’s legacy systems added layers of complexity to the project. The key challenge was not just meeting the deadline but also ensuring seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
Delivering a seamless integration of diverse services
To address the challenges, we strategically unified the appearance of existing services, integrating them under a single dashboard and domain to create a cohesive application. The scope of the implementation involved constructing an application that integrated WSiP and LIBRUS services, implementing backend changes to meet new business requirements in WSiPnet, and redesigning the layout of all services. Our team, utilizing PHP/Symfony and React with Next.js, succeeded in building a robust application within the client’s infrastructure.
Despite challenges, the project was successfully delivered within a short time period, exceeding client expectations. The EDURANGA platform stands as a testament to our team’s capability to navigate complex projects, ensuring not only timely delivery but also the seamless integration of diverse services to create a cohesive educational platform.
