IT projects can be complex. People, technology, clients, budgets, deadlines, and changing priorities – everything happens simultaneously.
That's why at Blurify, we're looking for an IT Project Manager who can bring all these elements together and transform them into a well-functioning project.
You'll join a team of four Project Managers. Each has their own project portfolio, for which they are end-to-end responsible. Together, you work to improve project management across the organization.
On a daily basis, PMs work closely with management, PO/BA, technical teams, and clients, ensuring the smooth flow of information and the effective delivery of goals.
We're not looking for someone who just keeps track of deadlines and statuses. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates problems, and has a real impact on projects and Blurify's development.
Scope of Projects:
1. Custom iGaming Platforms ➡️ We build solutions for clients that go beyond the limitations of white-label and turnkey models. We create platforms with a focus on product differentiation: community, multiplayer, engaging events, tournaments, and personalized user experience.
2. Platform Implementations for B2B Clients ➡️ We support the development and implementation of platforms for business clients, working closely with the product, client requirements, and real market needs.
3. AI-First Platform Framework ➡️ We are creating a platform framework from scratch that enables the rapid, secure, and repeatable building and development of iGaming platforms. We want AI-First to not be a marketing slogan, but a real way to accelerate development, standardize solutions, and mitigate technical risk.
In this role, you will:
- Manage end-to-end software projects – from kick-off and discovery, through development, to implementation and maintenance.
- Be responsible for the scope, schedule, budget, profitability, and achievement of project business objectives.
- Build partnerships with clients, manage stakeholder expectations, and transparently communicate progress.
- Identify risks, manage changes, and prevent problems before they impact project implementation.
- Facilitate teamwork, remove blockers, and support team self-organization.
- Monitor KPIs, costs, and project data, making fact-based decisions.
- Ensure the quality of project processes, the completeness of worklogs, and the efficiency of project billing.
- Use AI and automation and implement improvements that increase work efficiency.
- Support the development of client collaboration, including pre-sales, extension, and upselling activities.
Additionally, as part of Product Responsibility (PO):
- Ensure backlog prioritization in line with the client's business goals and user needs.
- Contribute to the creation of a product roadmap using the NOW/NEXT/LATER model.
- Translate business needs into requirements for the technical team, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct Backlog Refinement and ensure task readiness for execution.
Support the client in product decision-making, considering the impact of changes on the project's scope, schedule, and budget.
Your Experience and Competencies
🎯Must Have:
At least 2 years of experience in managing end-to-end software projects – from the discovery phase to implementation.
Excellent knowledge of SDLC and practical experience working with Agile methodologies – Scrum and Kanban.
Experience managing the budget, costs, and profitability of IT projects.
Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence, particularly in the areas of reporting, velocity monitoring, and documentation.
Experience collaborating with clients and managing stakeholders.
Ability to manage risk, change, and priorities, and conduct negotiations.
Basic experience in backlog management, requirements gathering, and task prioritization.
An analytical approach, the ability to work with KPIs, and a strong sense of responsibility for ongoing projects.
Ability to utilize AI and automation in daily work.
Excellent command of English and Polish (minimum C1).
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days per week from the Wrocław office).
