Openora: the AI-native framework
for iGaming operators

Openora.ai is an open-source, AI-native iGaming framework for operators building new products, extending existing platforms or gradually migrating away from legacy and turnkey systems.

More control over your platform,
roadmap and economics.

Zero GGR share

Openora charges no recurring GGR share or hidden transactional fees, allowing you to retain control over your platform economics.

Full stack control

You can run Openora on your own infrastructure and retain control over your business logic, player data and security configuration.

AI-native development

A contract-driven codebase, machine-readable documentation and AI tooling help engineering teams and coding agents understand, extend and validate the platform safely.

Swappable integrations

Integrate your preferred PSPs, KYC providers, game providers and infrastructure services through typed, vendor-agnostic adapter interfaces.

Incremental adoption

Adopt individual modules and platform domains alongside your existing systems. Replace components gradually, when the business case is right.

Compliance-aware foundation

Build on responsible gaming controls, KYC integration points, geo rules and a tamper-evident audit trail designed into the framework from the start.

Build

Launch a new gaming platform while owning the technology foundation from day one. Use the core platform capabilities as a starting point and focus your development budget on the features that make your product different.

Extend

Keep your current platform and add new capabilities around it. Introduce a custom loyalty system, player wallet, promotion engine, CRM layer, backoffice or customer journey without immediately replacing your existing provider.

Modernize

Replace the weakest parts of a legacy platform one by one. Modernize domains such as wallet, identity, CMS, reporting or notifications while preserving business continuity.

Migrate

Move away from a white-label, turnkey or legacy platform incrementally. Migrate domain by domain instead of relying on a disruptive big-bang replatforming project.

Built to help operators move faster

Frequently asked questions:

  • Is Openora a turnkey casino platform?

No. Openora is a headless, modular framework rather than a closed turnkey product. It provides core platform domains and extension points. Your player frontend, vendor integrations, unique business logic and product-specific capabilities are built in your own technology ecosystem.

  • Is Openora really open source?

Yes. The core framework is available under the AGPLv3 license. A commercial license is also available for organizations that need to keep modifications to the framework core private or require commercial procurement and support terms.

  • Can we build proprietary features?

Yes. Operator-specific plugins, integrations, modules and business logic can be maintained in your own repository. The appropriate licensing model depends on whether and how you modify the Openora core.

  • Who is the framework for?

Openora is built for iGaming operators launching or evolving online casinos, sportsbooks, sweepstakes platforms, affiliate products and emerging gaming experiences.

  • What does “AI-native” mean in Openora?

Openora is structured so AI coding agents can understand and extend the framework safely. Machine-readable contracts, agent-focused documentation, an MCP server and built-in scaffolding help engineering teams develop, test and validate platform changes faster.

  • Can Openora work with an existing iGaming platform?

Yes. Openora’s modular architecture and adapter interfaces allow operators to introduce individual capabilities alongside their current systems. This makes it possible to modernize the platform domain by domain instead of carrying out a high-risk, full-scale replacement.
