Our recruitment process step by step
1. Intro Meeting
The first step is a 45-minute online chat with our recruiter. We’ll talk about your experience, motivation, expectations, and check your English skills.
2. Technical Stage
Next, you’ll have an online meeting with a Development team member lasting up to 1.5 hours. During this time, we’ll assess your skills with the technologies and tools you use on a daily basis.
3. Final Stage (optional)
The final stage is a 30-minute online meeting with our CEOs. It’s an opportunity to get to know each other better, discuss potential collaboration, and explore how we can support your career goals.
