We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who will be responsible for meticulous analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional project requirements. The person in this position will play a key role in gathering and defining customer needs, as well as supporting pre-sales processes.

Your daily duties:
- Collecting, validating, and comprehensively identifying client business needs
- Conducting all stages of business analysis, including proposing functional and non-functional solutions
- Improving and applying effective data collection techniques
- Participating in defining project scope
- Identifying and escalating critical areas and providing recommendations for appropriate remediation
- Collaborating with the PM, QA, and development teams to ensure the highest quality of delivered solutions
- Assessing existing client business processes and identifying areas for optimization
- Supporting the Sales department in adapting sales offers and estimating the costs of proposed solutions
- Organizing product workshops and being responsible for the clear development of results
- Maintaining project documentation
- Supporting Project Managers in reporting project progress to clients
- Monitoring market trends
Our expectations:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in a software house or on software development projects
- Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 2 days per week of on-site work in an office in Wrocław)
- Knowledge of business requirements gathering and refinement techniques
- Ability to precisely identify and document requirements
- Excellent knowledge and experience with JIRA, the Office suite, and Google Workspace
- Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Ability to plan activities related to analysis stages such as requirements identification, analysis, and development
- Use technical terms to effectively communicate with the team and the client
- Knowledge of IT tools and technologies and current industry trends
- Experience in business process modeling using, for example, BPMN, UML, or other notations
- Knowledge of business process optimization
- Experience in leading project workshops
- Proactivity and a development-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Excellent self-organization and prioritization Tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Polish and English at a C1 level
Nice-to-haves:
