A few words about the role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to ensure the quality, predictability, and efficiency of software project implementation at Blurify.
In this role, you will lead two teams
– Project Management and Product,
gaining significant autonomy in shaping their workflow, developing competencies, and implementing your own ideas. You will be responsible for the development of delivery processes, the health of the project portfolio, and the effectiveness of achieving business goals.
This role combines strategic thinking with practical action. Your decisions will have a direct impact on the company's performance, and close collaboration with the Management Board will allow you to develop business and strategic skills, with the prospect of joining the Leadership Team and co-determining Blurify's future.
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, sees opportunities where others see problems, and is able to translate ideas into concrete results.
Scope of projects
- Custom iGaming Platforms ➡️ We build solutions for clients that go beyond the limitations of white-label and turnkey models. We create platforms with a focus on product differentiation: community, multiplayer, engaging events, tournaments, and personalized user experience.
- Platform Implementations for B2B Clients ➡️ We support the development and implementation of platforms for business clients, working closely with the product, client requirements, and real market needs.
- AI-first Platform Framework - Openora.ai ➡️ We are creating a platform framework from scratch that enables the rapid, secure, and repeatable building and development of iGaming platforms. We want AI-first to be more than just a marketing slogan, but a real way to accelerate development, standardize solutions, and mitigate technical risk.
In this role, you will:
Develop and standardize delivery processes - define, implement, and improve project management standards, including planning, reporting, documentation, and communication.
Ensure the health of the project portfolio - regularly monitor project status, identify risks, and analyze deviations in schedules, budgets, and scope.
Ensure predictability and efficiency of project implementation - initiate corrective actions, streamline processes, and support teams in problem-solving.
Support Project Managers with daily challenges - assist in managing escalations, removing blockers, and conducting demanding customer conversations.
Manage and develop the PM and Product teams - support competency development, provide mentoring, set development goals, and participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
Collaborate with other areas of the organization - work closely with Sales, Tech/Delivery Leads, and Management, ensuring consistency of operations and the achievement of business goals.
Report results and recommend improvements - providing the Management Board with a clear picture of the portfolio's health, key indicators, risks, and areas requiring decision-making.
Our expectations:
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or managing a team of Project Managers, supporting their development, and effectively managing delivery.
- You have been working in the IT project world for at least 8 years, know how to effectively manage projects and entire portfolios, and are familiar with the specifics of working in a software house.
- You are very familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches) and can adapt them to the specific needs of the organization and projects.
- You have a tech-savvy mindset, effectively utilizing technology, automation, and AI to optimize processes and increase team effectiveness.
- You have practical experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and project profitability analysis.
- You can define, monitor, and interpret project KPIs and use dashboards and RAG reporting for decision-making.
- You understand the digital product lifecycle and the specifics of collaboration between design, product, and technology teams.
- You have experience creating, implementing, and optimizing project management processes across an organization.
- English and Polish language skills at a minimum level of C1.
- Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 3 days a week in the Wrocław office).
