We're looking for a Full-stack developer who is comfortable with both frontend and backend development and can independently deliver end-to-end functionality.

We're looking for someone who understands architecture, makes informed technical decisions, and prioritizes code quality, testability, and performance. Strong collaboration with QA, DevOps, and the development team is also important to us.

We work with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React, and Next.js, also utilizing AI-powered tools on a daily basis.

Your daily duties:

  • Deliver frontend and backend functionality, from implementation to deployment.
  • Develop frontend applications using React and Next.js, leveraging features such as Server Components, App Router, SSR, streaming, and caching.
  • Design and develop backend applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS, and create REST APIs documented with OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Work with PostgreSQL/SQL and ORMs such as Prisma, Drizzle, and TypeORM.
  • Design frontend-backend integrations and manage application state using appropriate tools such as TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit, and Zustand.
  • Create and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests using tools such as Vitest/Jest, Testing Library, and Playwright.
  • Ensure application performance, caching, and basic security and observability aspects.
  • Design asynchronous processes using RabbitMQ or a similar broker - queues, exchanges, routing, retries, acknowledgements, dead-letter queues.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, propose improvements, and divide larger functionalities into smaller tasks.
  • Diagnose issues in production code and collaborate with QA and DevOps to resolve them.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development in daily programming work.

Our expectations:

Technical requirements:

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience, including independent application development and development on both the frontend and backend.
  • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Practical experience with Node.js, NestJS, React, and Next.js.
  • Good understanding of event loops, asynchronous operation, and I/O.
  • Experience in REST API design and development, and knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Knowledge of SQL, preferably PostgreSQL/MySQL, and experience with ORMs such as Prisma, Drizzle, or TypeORM.
  • Knowledge of server/client state management, such as TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing, and knowledge of tools such as Vitest/Jest, Testing Library, and Playwright.
  • Ability to diagnose performance issues and familiarity with caching. Basic knowledge of web application and API security, including OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, or similar mechanisms.
  • Basic knowledge of observability - logs, metrics, and tracing.
  • Excellent Git knowledge and experience with code review.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.
  • Experience with monorepo and Turborepo.
  • Working knowledge of queuing systems, particularly RabbitMQ, and the basics of event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with production code and troubleshooting in production.
  • Ability to write readable, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development.

Soft skills and other requirements:

  • Ability to navigate existing code and architecture with ease.
  • Proactivity – not only executing tasks, but also recognizing problems and proposing improvements.
  • Ability to break down larger functionalities into smaller, sensibly planned tasks.
  • Commitment to quality and responsibility for the solution from implementation to production.
  • Ability to constructively participate in code reviews and share knowledge.
  • Good collaboration with Developers, QA, DevOps, and Project Managers.
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and the ability to select the right solution for a specific problem.
  • English language skills at a minimum level of B2, allowing for fluent communication with clients and working with documentation.
  • Willingness to work hybrid - at least 2 days a week in the Wrocław office.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in the iGaming industry - domain-specific knowledge will be a significant asset.
  • Experience working in production environments using containerization, e.g., ECS, k8s.
  • Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs into application or tool architectures.
  • Familiarity with structured output, tool calling, or agent systems.
