We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for managing recruitment processes for IT and business positions. We are looking for a communicative, well-organized, and independent individual who understands the specifics of the technology market and can build positive candidate experiences.

Your daily duties:
Active candidate acquisition through LinkedIn, industry portals, contact databases, and other sourcing channels
Recruiting for IT and business positions, including Developer, QA, DevOps, and Project Manager
Preparing and publishing job advertisements
Conducting screening interviews and recommending candidates to the Hiring Manager
Ensuring efficient communication with candidates at every stage of the process
Collaborating with technology and business team leaders
Building a positive candidate experience
Developing a candidate database and talent pool
Monitoring the IT job market and recruitment trends
Reporting on recruitment status and sourcing activities
Our expectations:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment
Knowledge of core technologies and positions found in software houses
Experience in active candidate sourcing, especially on LinkedIn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, responsible, and well-organized
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Openness to collaboration with technical teams
English language skills at a level that allows for fluent communication (minimum B2)
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 3 days per week of on-site work in our Wrocław office)
