We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who wants to work on more than just another web application. We create modern iGaming platforms for B2B clients and are developing our own platform framework to accelerate the secure development of products using an AI-first development model.
We work on projects that combine custom platforms, community features, multiplayer, tournaments, special events, a multi-tenant frontend, and an architecture that allows for the rapid adaptation of solutions to various clients, markets, and users.
This role is for someone who is comfortable with both backend and frontend development, understands the impact of technical decisions on security, performance, and scalability, and wants to have a real impact on the architecture and direction of product development.
What will you be working on?
- Custom iGaming platforms ➡️ We build solutions for clients who go beyond the limitations of white-label and turnkey models. We create platforms with a focus on product differentiation: community, multiplayer, engaging events, tournaments, and personalized user experience.
- Platform Implementations for B2B Clients ➡️ We support the development and implementation of platforms for business clients, working closely with the product, client requirements, and real market needs.
- AI-first Platform Framework ➡️ We are creating a platform framework from scratch that enables the rapid, secure, and repeatable building and development of iGaming platforms. We want AI-first to be more than just a marketing slogan, but a real way to accelerate development, standardize solutions, and mitigate technical risk.
Your daily duties:
- Designing and developing scalable platforms and framework architectures from the ground up, with a focus on rapid deployment, customization, and multi-tenant solutions.
- Creating and developing full-stack applications (approx. 50% backend / 50% frontend) in Node.js, NestJS, React, and Next.js technologies – from the frontend layer, through the backend, to deployment.
- Designing and implementing new functionalities and product modules, including real-time, multiplayer, tournament, community, and event solutions.
- Building personalized, multi-zone frontends tailored to tenants and users.
- Designing solutions that ensure high performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of distributed systems.
- Working with real-time communication, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Co-creating technological decisions and developing platform architecture in collaboration with development teams.
- Ensuring code quality, performance, and good engineering practices.
- Collaborating with Dev, QA, PM, and BA teams. DevOps and Tech Lead for product implementation and development
- Supporting the team with technical expertise and solving complex architectural and implementation problems

- Backend: Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Go, TypeORM, Prisma
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Communication and events: Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events
- Architecture and tooling: Nx Monorepos, Turborepo, AWS
- Areas: multi-tenant platforms, real-time systems, multiplayer, platform framework, AI-first development
Our expectations:
- At least 5 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Excellent knowledge of Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Ability to work across all application layers: frontend, backend, deployment
- Good understanding of web application security and performance
- Experience in designing and developing more complex systems
- Ability to solve technical problems without handholding
- A practical approach to code quality, testability, and system maintenance
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (at least 2 days per week on-site at the office in Wrocław).
