We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can independently lead complex end-to-end software projects, build partnerships with clients, and be accountable for the business outcomes of implemented initiatives.
This role requires someone who combines excellent project management with a business-focused and product-driven approach. In addition to responsibility for the schedule, budget, scope, and teamwork, supporting clients in making product decisions, setting priorities, and maximizing the value of delivered solutions will be crucial.
Proactivity, mature decision-making, and the ability to anticipate problems before they impact the project are key. Sharing knowledge, developing best practices, and having a real impact on the efficiency of Blurify's work are also important to us.
Scope of Projects:
1. Custom iGaming Platforms ➡️ We build solutions for clients that go beyond the limitations of white-label and turnkey models. We create platforms with a focus on product differentiation: community, multiplayer, engaging events, tournaments, and personalized user experience.
2. Platform Implementations for B2B Clients ➡️ We support the development and implementation of platforms for business clients, working closely with the product, client requirements, and real market needs.
3. AI-First Platform Framework ➡️ We are creating a platform framework from scratch that enables the rapid, secure, and repeatable building and development of iGaming platforms. We want AI-First to not be a marketing slogan, but a real way to accelerate development, standardize solutions, and mitigate technical risk.
In this role, you will:
- Independently manage end-to-end software projects – from discovery and planning, through development, to implementation and maintenance.
- Be responsible for the scope, schedule, budget, costs, and profitability of projects, ensuring the client's business objectives are met.
- Build partnerships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on project and business matters.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate priorities, and make difficult decisions regarding scope, deadlines, and costs.
- Proactively identify risks, manage crisis situations, and implement preventative measures.
- Support the team in effectively achieving goals, remove blockers, and develop a culture of collaboration and self-organization.
- Monitor KPIs, costs, and profitability, analyze data, and initiate actions to increase project efficiency.
- Support the client in making product decisions, including backlog prioritization, requirements definition, and solution development planning.
- Ensure that implemented functionalities meet business and user needs, and that product changes are assessed for their impact on the project.
- Support pre-sales processes, estimations, offer preparation, and the development of customer collaborations, including extensions and upselling.
- Initiate process improvements, develop work standards, and share knowledge with other Project Managers.
- Leverage AI and automation to optimize project processes, reporting, and data analysis.
Your Experience and Competencies
🎯Must Have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading end-to-end software projects, including independent responsibility for complex initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC and practical experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Proven experience managing IT project budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including reporting, progress monitoring, and document management.
- Experience in direct collaboration with business clients, stakeholder management, and negotiation.
- Ability to manage change, scope, and priorities, and make decisions in situations where deadlines, budgets, and business value conflict.
- Practical knowledge of backlog management, requirements gathering, and task prioritization.
- Ability to analyze KPIs, project data, and ROI, and translate findings into concrete actions.
- Strong sense of ownership, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI and automation in daily work. The ability to support the development of others, share knowledge and implement good practices.
English at a minimum level of C1.
Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 3 days a week in the Wrocław office).
