Senior IT Project Manager

Your daily duties:
- Independently manage IT projects – from initiation to implementation – with a focus on achieving business goals (Time & Material and Fixed Price)
- Plan and oversee project activities, backlog, budget, risks, communication, and changes
- Manage project teams, motivate them, and create a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Organize and conduct 1:1 meetings and provide regular feedback to project team members
- Select and adapt project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) based on the project’s specifics
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with clients – advise on product and service development directions
- Prepare and conduct product workshops with clients and teams – supporting the discovery process, defining MVP, and clarifying project business goals
- Prepare estimations for clients in collaboration with the development team
- Report project status to internal stakeholders (management) and external stakeholders – considering both business and technical aspects
- Create and develop project management standards within the organization
- Implement best practices and optimize PM processes
- Mentor and provide expertise to junior PMs – share knowledge, conduct workshops, and support the development of project management competencies in the company
- Promote knowledge, trends, and innovations within the IT industry
Our expectations:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 2 years as a Senior Project Manager
- Experience working in a software house or consulting environment – with a strong focus on collaboration with international clients
- Practical knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies and the ability to adapt them flexibly to the project’s specifics and client expectations
- Advanced analytical skills, a strategic approach to project and team management, and business acumen
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and other project management support tools
- Strong business culture and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams – including in an international environment
- Ability to delegate tasks, effectively enforce results, and support team members’ development
- Independence, proactive approach, and strong problem-solving orientation
- Resilience to change, flexibility, and attention to detail in a dynamic project environment
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model – at least 3 days a week in the office in Wrocław
- Proficiency in English and Polish at an advanced level (C1) – enabling meetings, presentations, and negotiations with international clients
