Who are we looking for?
Your daily duties:
- Establishing initial contact with potential clients from the inbound sales funnel and building long-term relationships with them
- Preparing presentation materials and sales offers
- Coordinating activities related to preparing quotations and contracts for clients
- Proposing and implementing actions aimed at lead generation
- Updating and maintaining clear data in the Pipedrive CRM system
- Monitoring sales performance and creating reports
- Supporting the onboarding process for new clients
- Close collaboration with the Marketing team, Managers, Developers, and the CEO
Our expectations:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Presales, IT consulting, or related fields
- Experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with the sales process and the IT project lifecycle
- Knowledge of current technological trends (experience in a software house is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking skills and excellent communication abilities
- Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2/C1 level)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Pipedrive
- Self-motivation and ability to achieve set goals independently
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of marketing tools will be an additional advantage
- Familiarity with outbound sales techniques

How does the recruitment process look like?
Screening
The first stage is a 45-minute online meeting with our recruiter. We will discuss your experience, motivation, and expectations, and also verify your English language proficiency. This is a great opportunity to learn more about us and ask questions about working at our company.
Technical Stage
Next, we will invite you to an online meeting with a representative from our Development department. During this stage, which will last up to 1,5 hours, we will verify your skills in the technologies and tools we use daily for project execution. We want to ensure that we are suitable partners for collaboration.
Final Stage
The final stage is an online meeting with our CEOs. This 30-minute meeting will allow us to get to know each other better and discuss the possibilities of working together. We want to understand your career goals and see how we can achieve them together.
