We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and building a positive brand image. We care about developing consistent and engaging online communication, nurturing relationships with our community, and strengthening our brand presence in international markets.

Your daily duties:

Co-creating the content marketing strategy for company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, with a particular focus on LinkedIn)
Preparing and publishing engaging content across social media platforms in line with the established content calendar
Supporting the development and growth of personal brands of key team members
Creating creative social media content based on the latest trends (posts, Reels, Stories, articles, infographics, live streams, podcasts) in collaboration with the design team
Co-developing strategies and creative ideas for advertising campaigns targeted at potential clients
Writing blog articles or other forms of content as needed
Generating ideas for initiatives that boost brand awareness and reinforce Blurify’s image
Assisting with ongoing marketing activities and campaigns
Measuring the results of executed activities and suggesting improvements

Our expectations:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (at least 2 days per week on-site in our Wrocław office)
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram – with a strong focus on LinkedIn)
Ability to create engaging content and formats tailored to target audiences and the specifics of each platform
Experience in creating and publishing content on websites using builders like Elementor, and suggesting new sections, layouts, and improvements to enhance clarity and aesthetics
Skills in building brand awareness and engaging with professional communities
Analytical skills for evaluating campaign and social media performance and recommending improvements
Ability to leverage AI tools in everyday tasks
Excellent command of Polish and English (minimum B2/C1 level)
Proficiency in WordPress
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Strong understanding of the IT industry – including both technical and business aspects (technology knowledge and IT experience)

Ability to create short videos and animations for social media
Experience in the iGaming industry
Experience in executing content campaigns
Proficiency in Adobe tools, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro

Screening

The first step is a 45-minute online chat with our recruiter. We’ll talk about your experience, motivation, expectations, and check your English skills.

Technical Stage

Next, you’ll have an online meeting with a Development team member lasting up to 1.5 hours. During this time, we’ll assess your skills with the technologies and tools you use on a daily basis.

Final Stage

The final stage is a 30-minute online meeting with our CEOs. It’s an opportunity to get to know each other better, discuss potential collaboration, and explore how we can support your career goals.
