Software Tester (manual & automation)

We are looking for a Software Tester who is passionate about combining manual and automated testing, effectively identifies areas for improvement, and supports the development of the testing process.

Your daily duties:
- Manual testing of web applications
- Designing and coding test automation scripts
- Preparing test scenarios and test plans
- Analyzing and interpreting test results
- Creating documentation, drawing conclusions, and reporting findings
- Selecting and implementing tools to support testing processes
- Actively participating in daily meetings with the team and clients from Poland and abroad
- Identifying and reporting bugs and suggesting improvements
- Supporting the creation of testing process standards
- Collaborating with Developers, Designers, QA team members, and the Project Manager
Our expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience in manual testing of web applications
- Experience in test automation with JavaScript/TypeScript and Cypress
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (1 day per week in the Wroclaw office)
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML and CSS
- Ability to apply best practices in testing
- Practical experience with testing tools such as Postman
- Experience with containerized environments, particularly Docker
- Proficiency in version control systems, especially GIT
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Proactive approach to work and a willingness to take initiative
- Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and readiness to share knowledge with the team
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
Nice-to-haves:
- ISTQB Advanced Level Certification
- Knowledge of the CI/CD process
