Raczkowski – GDPR-Compliant Platform for Training Automation and Reaching New Audiences
Raczkowski is the largest labor law firm in Central and Eastern Europe, serving companies in all legal aspects of HR. This enterprise receives awards in many prestigious rankings and ranks among the top companies in the industry.
As part of our effective cooperation, we built a GDPR-compliant application to reach new audiences and manage online courses. We implemented advanced modules that enabled significant automation of work and expansion of the company’s offer and security features to protect sensitive data.
Delivering a functional product and implementing security features
One of the main challenges during the project’s initial phase was to properly analyze the customer’s product idea and translate the initial vision into technological requirements. Our goal was to design the MVP down the road and implement the key features.
The client wanted to build dedicated modules with multiple security features to protect downloads and prevent unwanted users from accessing the application. The security features also minimize the risk of possible cheating on the exam. The goal was also to provide an intuitive system that allows users to use the training module effectively.
How we helped Raczkowski Law unlock the potential
We organized a comprehensive product workshop to understand the client’s needs and analyze how the product works.
During the meetings, we looked at the key functionalities and processes involved in the application and planned the final look of the product. It has fast-tracked the following work on the system and its effective implementation.
The second module that our team designed was used for training part automation. We created a solution that allows safe and efficient participation in various types of training, including, for example, OHS online.
The application meets all legal requirements, enables online training, and has many security features (for example, it only allows one user for a specific activity). The system’s role is to send specific notifications and make training cycles accessible to staff.
