Your daily duties:

  • Planning, execution, and oversight of projects in Time & Material and Fixed Price models, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and client requirements
  • Resource allocation, priority setting, progress monitoring, and organizing team meetings and one-on-one sessions
  • Fostering engagement, supporting skills development, and providing constructive feedback to project team members—creating an environment that promotes effective collaboration
  • Selecting appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) based on the project’s specifics
  • Ensuring valuable support at every stage of client collaboration by maintaining transparent communication, managing expectations, and proactively solving problems
  • Identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and minimizing their impact on the project
  • Managing project changes, identifying new client requirements, and assessing their impact on scope, timeline, and budget
  • Preparing estimates for clients in collaboration with the development team
  • Regularly preparing project status reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Continuously improving project management methods by gathering feedback from the team and clients

Our expectations:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT project management
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (at least 3 days per week working on-site in the office in Wrocław)
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and the ability to apply them according to project needs
  • Understanding of the software development process and technical terminology, enabling effective communication with both the development team and clients
  • Experience working with different project billing models (Time & Material, Fixed Price)
  • Practical knowledge of JIRA
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, as well as manage risks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Assertiveness, independence, and initiative
  • Ability to make difficult decisions, even in crisis situations
  • English proficiency at a minimum C1 level
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including international ones
  • Experience in leading and moderating high-level meetings

How does the recruitment process look like?

Screening
The first stage is a 45-minute online meeting with our recruiter. We will discuss your experience, motivation, and expectations, and also verify your English language proficiency. This is a great opportunity to learn more about us and ask questions about working at our company.

Technical Stage
Next, we will invite you to an online meeting with a representative from our Development department. During this stage, which will last up to 1,5 hours, we will verify your skills in the technologies and tools we use daily for project execution. We want to ensure that we are suitable partners for collaboration.

Final Stage
The final stage is an online meeting with our CEOs. This 30-minute meeting will allow us to get to know each other better and discuss the possibilities of working together. We want to understand your career goals and see how we can achieve them together.
