We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Social Media Specialist – a person responsible for comprehensive management of social media strategy and brand image. We are committed to creating consistent and engaging online communication, developing relationships with our community and strengthening the brand’s presence in international markets.

Your daily duties:

  • Co-creating content marketing and communication strategies for the company blog and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, with a strong focus on LinkedIn)
  • Preparing and publishing engaging content on social media channels according to an established schedule
  • Developing creative social media concepts based on the latest trends, including video formats, live sessions, webinars, infographics, and podcasts, in collaboration with the graphic design team
  • Designing strategies and creative materials for advertising campaigns targeting potential clients
  • Managing paid advertising campaigns, including budget adjustments and optimization
  • Generating ideas for initiatives that enhance the visibility and brand image of Blurify
  • Assisting in preparing blog articles or other forms of content for external publications
  • Managing the content distribution process
  • Supporting ongoing marketing activities
  • Measuring the results of marketing efforts and suggesting improvements

 

Our expectations:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing overall
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (one day per week on-site at the office in Wrocław)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, with a primary focus on LinkedIn)
  • Ability to create engaging content and formats tailored to target audiences and specific social media platforms
  • Skills in brand awareness building and industry community engagement
  • Analytical skills for campaign and social media data analysis, with the ability to propose improvements
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for daily tasks
  • Excellent command of Polish and English (min. B2/C1 level)
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Ability to collaborate with the team to gather materials needed for content creation
  • Punctuality and good organizational skills
  • Independence, proactiveness, and a creative approach to tasks
  • Experience with CMS systems
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, covering both technical and business aspects (technological knowledge and experience in IT)

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Ability to create short videos and animations for social media
  • Experience in the iGaming industry
  • Experience in executing content campaigns
  • Proficiency in Adobe tools, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro

How does the recruitment process look like?

Screening
The first stage is a 45-minute online meeting with our recruiter. We will discuss your experience, motivation, and expectations, and also verify your English language proficiency. This is a great opportunity to learn more about us and ask questions about working at our company.

Technical Stage
Next, we will invite you to an online meeting with a representative from our Development department. During this stage, which will last up to 1,5 hours, we will verify your skills in the technologies and tools we use daily for project execution. We want to ensure that we are suitable partners for collaboration.

Final Stage
The final stage is an online meeting with our CEOs. This 30-minute meeting will allow us to get to know each other better and discuss the possibilities of working together. We want to understand your career goals and see how we can achieve them together.
