Workwise – modern HR marketplace for €12M German start-up
Workwise is a global operator of an online marketplace platform designed for recruiting. The company has raised €12M in a fundraising round and has become a fast-growing, top German hiring enterprise. Our team is responsible for developing and supporting the company’s online platform and its microservices, specifically the candidate acquisition engine subsystem. This subsystem handles posting job offers to a wide range of job boards and matching the candidates with potential employers.
Providing complex technical support
We aim to make the system efficient, easy to use, and reduce technical debt. Also, we are introducing an overhaul of some of the core microservices.
The main challenges regarding developing the platform included a requirement for a comprehensive knowledge of different programming languages and technologies and the ability to apply them through the vast and varied codebase. Our dedicated team is responsible for developing new structures and new versions of microservices as well as supporting the system 24/7.

Our team deals with extensive system infrastructure acquiring wide expertise to develop and maintain it wisely. We created new script suites that allow the developers to perform routine tasks with ease and in an orderly, discoverable way.
We optimize, enhance, and rebuild the system, including developing communication canals with job boards. To make job searching easier, we also extended the functionality of matching job offers with job seekers using ElasticSearch.
