Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for thorough analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for IT projects. The person in this position will play a key role in gathering and defining customer needs, as well as supporting pre-sales processes.

Your daily duties:

  • Acquiring, validating, and comprehensively identifying the business needs of the client
  • Conducting all stages of business analysis, including proposing functional and non functional
  • Improving and applying effective data collection techniques
  • Participating in defining the project scope
  • Identifying and escalating areas of concern and providing recommendations for appropriate remedial actions
  • Collaborating with the PM, QA, and development team to ensure the highest quality solutions are delivered
  • Evaluating existing client business processes and identifying areas for optimization
  • Supporting the Sales department in tailoring sales offers and estimating costs for proposed solutions
  • Organizing product workshops and being responsible for the clear documentation of outcomes
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Assisting Project Managers in reporting project progress to clients
  • Monitoring market trends

Our expectations:

  • At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in a software house or similar business environment
  • Familiarity with techniques for gathering and refining business requirements
  • Ability to precisely identify and document requirements
  • Very good knowledge and experience working with JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
  • Ability to plan activities related to analysis stages such as identification, analysis, and requirement development
  • Ability to operate technical terms, allowing for efficient communication with the team and the client
  • Knowledge of IT tools and technologies and current industry trends
  • Experience in modeling business processes using BPMN, UML, or other notations
  • Knowledge of business process optimization concepts
  • Experience in conducting project workshops
  • Proactivity and a focus on development.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate in a team
  • Excellent self-organization and task prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Polish and English (minimum C1 level)

Nice-to-haves:

  • We support clients from all over the world, so experience in cooperation in an international and multicultural environment and knowledge of another foreign language (e.g. German) will be an additional advantage.
